That’s why we’re here to help with any CERCOO jewelry products within 14 days of the date they were received.
✨ Please note: Due to hygienic reasons, we do not accept physical product returns. But don’t worry — we can still offer you a CERCOO credit, or in some cases, a refund.

Requests made after 14 days may still be eligible for a CERCOO credit.

Orders over 90 days old are not eligible for returns or refunds.

At this time, we are only able to process refunds for orders within North America (Canada & the United States).
