We totally understand — things don’t always go the way you expect!
That’s why we’re here to help with any CERCOO jewelry products within 14 days of the date they were received.

Please note: Due to hygienic reasons, we do not accept physical product returns. But don’t worry — we can still offer you a CERCOO credit, or in some cases, a refund.

  • Requests made after 14 days may still be eligible for a CERCOO credit.

  • Orders over 90 days old are not eligible for returns or refunds.

  • At this time, we are only able to process refunds for orders within North America (Canada & the United States).

Additionally, CERCOO reserves the right to decline refund requests if we find evidence of misuse or abuse. Shipping charges are non-refundable in cases of refunds.


Defective Products or Quality Issues

If your jewelry arrives damaged or with quality issues, please contact us right away. Your order may be eligible for a one-time replacement or credit. Just send us:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the product with the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Our team will review your request and provide the next steps.
